Ordered lawn mower parts on July 27, 2009. I was told one Week delivery. Called back August 5, 2009. Steve said parts would be shipped in a few days (computers down) Called back August 12, 2009 David said way behind on shipping orders. parts not received on there end. Called back August 20, 200o Lolou said dont expect order anytime soon. Website changed to reflect delays. Called back September 21, 2009 David said parts still not received at there location.
