We have had an automatic payment for Care Credit from Citibank for many months. In July, I increased the amount by $15.00 monthly.In August, 2009, I was charged a late fee of $39.99 on August 18 even though the payment was recorded by you in August 18. In September the payment was recorded by you on 9/17 and a late fee of $39.99 was assessed on 9/18. Until July, the minimum due had been $82.00 monthly. Did that change and when?
