This chair is sold through many of the office supply stores. I purchased this one at Office Depot in February 2009. The chair arm broke. This arm is plastic and is screwed into the base and the back. The arm is screwed onto the base with two screws and broke in two places, next to each screw. Once broken, the back no longer stays in place. The chair is unusable. I did not misuse this chair.
