My husband and I had been looking around for a home, and had consitered purchasing a forclosed home or a HUD home since that would save us a consiterable amount of money. We stumbled upon forclosureagency.com and signed up for a 7 day trial for 1.95. That was supossed to be a charge for the shipping and handling of a welcome package. 3 days into using the site we found that more than half of the listings were outdated by MONTHS or completely inaccurate.
