Dear Sir or Madam, You charged my credit card the expected shipping & handling fee of $4.95 for a trial use of your product; it appeared on my credit card statement that had a due date of Jan. 5th. Prior to that, I sent you an email requesting that no more shipments, and therefore no more charges, be charged to my account.
