I'm actually a former employee (well I'm quitting today) of a company called Nutramedics. I've been working for them since last Tuesday. During the first week of training, you practice reading from a script and the next week, you get on the phones with customers. When reading the autoships to customers, we were supposed to quickly, in a monatone way, and nonchalantly so that the customers wouldn't notice the fact that we going to charge them additional money after 14 days.
