I have lived on this property for two years and I think it is ridiculous what you have to go through to get anything fixed. I have had to contact the corporate office to get anything fixed and then they just tell the staff at corporate anything because even after the phone calls they take two to three more days to fix any problems. I have had to file complaints with housing and the Texas Apartment Association. My mother use manage and apartment complex and when work orders were placed they were completed within 24-48 hours.
