We stayed at the Hilton Desoto Savannah Hotel in Savannah from Oct. 1 - Oct. 4. From the beginning our room service was not up to the standards of Hilton Hotels. We arrived and had no bath mats, only 2 washcloths and no shampoo. Our friends who were in another room also had the same situation. This was night one.
