my checking account was charged 129.85 for the rotisire on 12-9-08 and was told i would recieve the rotisre 7-10 days latter i have now called 3 weeks in a row and was told it would be there by friday now the phone # they gave for tracking has told me because of too many callers try again at the end of the week on monday and got the same message on friday so now i guess you just have no one to help you if any one is reading this DO NOT BUY ANYTHING RONCO because i ordered the 25 piece 2 for 1 knive set and got only 1 i will never order anything from those RIP OFFS again read full review »
