I applied for Direct TV service in March 2009. All I was seeking was just a simple Installation. Initially when I applied, I was seeking the direct tv package deal with the internet, telephone and cable services. I did not receive a combination package deal as requested. All services were priced separate. An inexperienced and disgruntled technician was sent out to my house and literally destroyed my property and it has not been fixed to this date.
