Incident In July 2008 I contacted Peoples First Financial so I could get information as to the loan modification process. I was advised by Mr. Rudy Mccleary that since I was up to date on my payments that I would not be able to obtain a loan modification. As he put it, my loan was not falling behind so Countrywide, which is now Bank of America were not going to work out a deal with me due to me not being behind on my payments.
