I have a similar complaint from what seems to be a "child" company of Vertrue, Inc., Adaptive Marketing LLC, VistaPrint USA, Inc. and VistaPrint Ltd. I ordered gift certificates through RESTAURANT.COM, and was unknowingly "signed up" for this scam. Called my bank today, and they got the SHOPPING ESSENTIALS people on the phone where I complained that I had no idea what these charges were, and that I had been charged 14.95 this month and last month.
