Ordered complete collection of Perry Mason dvd's. They were taped off a tv with commericals. Tried to send dvds back but no response. Filed a stop payment with Mastercard. Paper work was ongoing. Then I receive a phone call from Alisha saying that Planet DVD had instructed her to send refund back, all we had to do was call our credit card company and have them to remove " the retrival". I thought everything was fine so I called the credit card company as instructed. But again, it was a scam. Now I again will try to contact the credit card company to see if my money can be refunded.
