I am writing on behalf of my mother. She has been banking with BB&T for some time now. It was just recently that she noticed that she has started receiving all kinds of overdraft fees, incorrect deposit amounts, etc.. My mother is disabled and on fixed income as a result, so as you can imagine these overdraft charges seriously hurt her.
