I was NEVER informed that when this loan was approved for a Hague Water Softener that it was attached to my home and I have to gbet permission to sell or refinance. I am angry that this happened and when I was told the Customer Service person on the phone told me she would send the documents to me and I have never received them. I want this company to take ownership and remove the attachment or I will report them. read full review »
