Like the other complaint here I got the run around, lied to and my watch held for ranson. I bougth a watch that lasted all of 9 days, I took it back tot eh store and they had to mail it to the Watch Service Center in Utah who would then send it to the manufacturer under warrenty. It would only take a few weeks and there was no cost, they even put on my recipt 0's for all costs including shipping. 2 weeks later I get a card saying the watch was sent to the manufacturer and would be back in 2 to 4 weeks, two months later still no watch... read full review »
