I have renovated 3 homes in my lifetime and I've dealt with many shady contractors but none have blatantly robbed me like National Floors Direct. These people take all your money before the job is started and then they install a material that is not what you agreed on. If you try to stop them they will call their guys off the job and you will evetually be completely ignored by them and they will keep all your money.
