The company provided competent care givers the first month then the care givers began to be increasingly negligent giving the wrong meds at the wrong time of day example(gave morning meds at nightime and night time meds in the morning) The meds were clearly labeled in plastic pill containers with snap lids. One caregiver did not provide a breakfast for the senior lady and senior had to contact daughter to go buy breakfast and bring it to her.
