I purchased brand new Maytag dish drawers from ome Depot on August 11, 2009 and installed them on September 9, 2009. The bottom dish drawer did not drain the water. I had the drawer checked and manually drained and was told to try it again. Same result, it did not drain. I was told to complete a service call. I travel a lot so I could not have anyone come out for 3 weeks as I was leaving town. I finally got a service appointment for MOnday October 5, 2009.
