Recently my family has purchased 10's of thousands of dollars remodeling our mothers home. those purchases were made in good faith. all the while thinking that if there were an issue, with a product we could take it back for a return and get a new one. However, in oct 2008 we purchased a stove, in dec 2008 we called menards stating that the hinges on the door would not closed. they refered us to the repair company and we called them, they came and fixed it, for a month, again called menards, they refered us again to the repair company... read full review »
