I was a Direct General customer for a year. I paid on time every time. I came out of the grocery store to find a huge dent on the side of my car by the gas tank door. I called and asked if it was covered under uninsured motorist. They informed me my ininsured motorist coverage was dropped after 3 months ( I didn't ask them to.)
