I have made my BBB report# 98450789 to try to get this issued solved but so far Direct TV's response doesn't look like they will fix the problem so I need to take this further because I don't like being treated unfairly especially when conversations are recorded. So here is the issue, I ordered the premier package 9/11 that comes with the NFL Sunday Ticket, 5 months free of all their channels and a DVR.
