We ordered a wedding band (Art Carved) on Dec. 10, 2008. As of January 20, 2009 we have yet to receive the ring. We have been lied to on several occasions: "the ring is back ordered...the girl made a mistake by telling you it was in stock...Art Carved has to specially manufacture size 13 and it takes longer"...(According to Art Carved Customer Service this is an untrue statement.)
