Telus Mobility

Telus Sucks October 8, 2009

Telus Mobility has terrible cell phone connections. Connections are choppy and calls frequently drop. Telus cuts off service after admitting that their record-keeping system is inaccurate, then refuses to waive the reconnection fee, even though it is, by Telus Mobility's own admission, the fault of their system. Telus Mobility customer service representatives are unhelpful, rude and incompetant. It is little wonder that Telus has one of the worst reputations for a cell phone carrier.
