I ordered a starter kit for this electronic cigarette. My card was billed for 9.95...I haven't received the kit and now I have been billed 29.95 today. I have sent several emails to the company and have not received any reply. The phone number for the company is a recording that says to contact them through the website. and of course there is no reply from the emails sent on the website.
