I was also scammed by CheapTrip.com. As of today October 8, 2009 I have not received my refund for $59.99. It all started in April of 2009. I decided to cancel because they send me confusing papers and wanted me to pay more for a VIP membership. I did cancel within the 30 day period. According to them they received the returned membership May 8, 2009. In July I recieved the same name Chris as the supervisor.
