My Name is Rona Raven (682-560-6161). On 10/7/09, I had my car towed to Freeman Toyota in Hurst Texas to have a drive belt/serpentine belt replaced. When I contacted Justin the serivce representative regarding the status of my car repair he stated that all they had to do was charge the car battery. On this same date, I picked my car up and my radio was not working. Prior to taking my car to this dealer, my radio and cd player worked fine.
