Shipping charge was applied to my checking account on 9/15/09. Product was never received. On 10/1/09 an addition 85.42 was charged to my account. When I called Body Pure to resolve this, I told them I never received the product. After finding humor in my frustration they said they could reship another product. They would not give me a shipping/tracking number for the September shipment but were more than willing to give me one for the shipment they wanted to resend. read full review »
