I had a horrible experience with customer service. I was slotted for an 8-12 appointment time yesterday, and changed my schedule to be available. I got a call at 10:30 to say they would be at my home between 1:30 and 2. When I told them I was not available during that time, the customer service rep said she would see if I could be scheduled last in the day (when I could be home) and get back to me.
