Four months short of DIRECTV services, one of the 3 boxes stop showing all channels with a message staying that it could not pick up signal (message code 771). When I check my other TV’s with boxes they were working correctly. I called DIRECTV to complain about the message on my cable box and inform them how most of the channels were working.
