I too, was inadvertently signed up for an auto-mailer of their teeth whitener product. They advised me to return the shipment for refund when I received it. I did so, following their return procedures and called to ensure they received my shipment. They advised me I would receive a refund within 30 days. 30 days later, they advised me I would not be getting a refund because they received my package after the 30-day refund policy deadline. There is NO WAY to get their product back to them within the 30-day refund policy window because it includes their time to ship the product to you! Very disappointed. read full review »
