Unfortunately I didn't discover the $14.95 unknown charge on my credit card until today. In a review of past bills, I found it going back to March 2009. I called the phone # listed next to the charge and begged them to cancel this account. I have no knowledge of ever signing up for such a thing. I am a senior citizen struggling to get by. I also called my credit card company, but they won't give me credit for the money I have lost through this scam. Please help me if you can.
