Tmobile G1 cellphone was stolen. Contacted Ausurion. They told me a replacement would cost $130.00. I told them I had heard they replaced phones with refurbished phones, told them I did not want a refurbished phone and was assured they did not send out refurbished ones. Received the phone. Noticed that opening the phone to use the keyboard was alittle tight, but because it was a new phone, was not too concerned, thinking that it was just because it was new and not broken in.
