I have a Bank of America credit card and also a Bank of America checking accout. On 8/22/09 I wrote checks from my B of A checking account. At the time I knew I had the funds to cover the checks with my cash advance available from my B of A credit card. When I called to do the transfer they said "because of my debt to income ratio, they had to take the cash advance available away".
