I have two mortgages with Chase. My payments have always been on time. In March/April of this year, I had to have an escrow account set-up to pay my taxes and insurance because I was unemployed. This caused my mortage payment to double. I contacted Chase to see if the escrow payments could be spread out further and they did a month later.
