Received an unsolicited phone call based off a resume posted on careerbuilder. Interview set up immediately afterwards. 1st interview very vague, sometimes blatant lying about salary (it's all commissions). Don't be fooled by the Colossal Marketing Concepts website. "Interpersonal communication" really means door to door sales. You will find that out if you are suckered back for a 2nd round interview where you follow someone around for an entire day, walking around a lot.
