I signed up for a trial product of a product called *Green Tea Purity* -- it is a weight loss/energy aid. I paid $5.95 for shipping and handling. This showed up on my credit card as*JRV-SUPPLEMENTS, phone number: (574)207-4398* -- A Few days later, I saw a charge on my debit card for $74.82 under the name *PERFECTHEALTHSUP* and phone #(303)325-3521 -- after some research I found that these companies are the same -- those two phone numbers lead to the same answering service.
