My sons purchased an XBox 360 Elite from this seller on ebay, in May 2009. The device worked for about 2 weeks, then it quit. The boys contacted the seller for a refund or replacement. They were told to fill out the form, which they did. They were also told that to receive a refund, they would have to pay a restocking fee. My son told them to send a replacement. The defective device was returned to the seller in June 2009. My sons have still not received a refund or a replacement.
