Chase Home Finance owns the mortgage to our home. We have been in modification for 10 months now, and they keep losing all of our personal info that we've sent them3 times, (taxes, bank statements etc.). Our mortgage payment has gone up $500 per month and now they're asking for all that info again. We are fed up almost to the point of not wanting to fight for our home any longer. It's extremely frustrating and we have not even been able to speak to a supervisor. read full review »
