is anyone else trying to get through to the decision makers at Toyota or TMIS(Insurance Services)? I have reached our regional manager and he was of no assistance. I am told over and over that I need to call the Customer Experience number--and what be told that I can not speak to a manager, failed by dealerships too. Just looking for someone to listen to the customer and not the just the dealerships. read full review »
