My long distance with Telefonica Latina stopped working on Septembe 1. As of October 9, they have not put the service back in order. Their agents have said on the many calls to them since Sept. that service would be fixed by €œtomorrow€ or €within 48 hours or €œnext week, y nada! They have provided an access number to make calls but are charging double the regular rates to use this number.
