Recently I had a "Wash and Wear" permanent at Hairmasters at Highland Hill salon in Tacoma Washington. As I was sitting with Lori, a new employee, since my usual stylist Sharon was on leave, another patron came in with a complaint about a hair cut style she received. (I am sitting there thinking that maybe I should just ask for a hair cut and leave.) I did not. Lori did use the correct rollers, as I use a particular combination.
