I have a mortgage through Wells Fargo (they purchased my mortgage from the original lender - typical). I have never recieved a payment coupon book, and my bill always arrives after the date that I owe a late fee and, if you do not have a checking account through them, you cannot pay on line. I made a complaint on line and they replied that in order to read their response, I need to set up an online account, which I can't do because I don't have a bank account with them.
