I get 3 or more calls per day about a credit card they say I have. First thing, I have never owned a credit card and everything I own is paid off except my home and of course the Government. But anyways after talking with them about the card and stating that I have never had it, they pretty much called me a liar. I nicely asked them not to call and he stated they could call an x amount of times by law. So I said by "law I can come and whoop your ass". Bought the 1600 electric washer for small use. Taken out of the box 1 day after purchase, soap valve is broke. No help from customer service. This product is made within 2 miles from my address, but some reason they will not send me a new valve. But instead told me to take it to the closest service center. I would like to use it before cold weather hits, seems like maybe next summer i can see if it will run and perform. This is a crappy company with shitty customer service. It will be a cold day in hell before i buy another product from this company. read full review »
