Laptop was ordered in March of 2009. It is now October 9th, and from day one have not had a working laptop. It was ordered for my son to take to college-waste of him taking it with him (cant use it). It hasnt worked since we purchased it, after multiple emails, multiple calls to customer service, technicians coming and going, etc. Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life! read full review »
