Ordered a product from company on 11/13 on internet was only to pay shipping of 4.95, decided that I didn't want it and tried to cancel on same night but couldnot so called first thing in the morning was informed that I could not cancel product was shipped anyway even though I wanted to cancel. Product was received on 12/12/08 immediately returned with a postal tracking number to assure its destination. Product was received by company on 12/15/08 signed in by one of their employees.
