I booked a trip with Tripres for my best friend and her husband. I called them 5 minutes later to confirm it and they had the ticket under my name. I told them that I reserved the ticket for a husband and wife, not for me, I just paid for it. Manager Sally Karajohn got loud with disrespectful and had poor customer service.
