I had a timing belt replaced on our 1999 Honda Accord at A & T Tire and Auto Care Center at a cost of $677.00. A couple weeks later I had to take this car to Lynnwood Honda for a seat belt issue and also had the Honda dealer change the oil. During the oil change the technician found the lower timing belt cover and inspection plug missing. Upon further inspection he found the ballancer shafts out of alignment.
