Our whirlpool fully automatic washing machine model H-65 is under maintenance contract. Of late it is becoming unserviceable at short intervals. On 27 Sept.09 it became unserviceable again and on 28.09.2009, I complaint about this to the customer care. I was given complaint No. KL0909011202. Mechanic who visited to repair the machine was not in possession of the part (PCP) that needed to be replaced.
