I ordered a necklace from SHOP NBC...When my delivery came I opened the box only to find it empty. I immediately call the customer service department and was told within two days someone would call me and another neckalce would probably be here by then...Well five days later I called the customer service department and was told it was more like ten days and after the searched the warehouse I would be contacted by the fraud department and they would have me submit answers to some questions...I asked then am I quilty til proven innocent...there... read full review »
